Wouldn’t it be great to have a group of 8 friends who were all at the same level in business? People you could bounce ideas off of, or pick their brains, or share contacts, resources, your struggles, etc.?

We’re all about collaborating and sometimes to get ahead, you need to work with others, so you can use each other’s success to propel you forward.
You also need others to keep you accountable and cheer you on. That’s what this is all about.
No more feeling overwhelmed in online courses or lost in ten-thousand-person Facebook groups.
This is an intimate group of like minded fashionpreneurs, all with various backgrounds and experiences, willing to collaborate and support each other.

Here’s the thing, there are three areas that I consistently see hold people back from really scaling their business:
MINDSET
The thoughts and subconscious beliefs you have surrounding fear, confidence, money, time, boundaries, and habits have a huge effect on the success of your business and are often the #1 thing that is really holding you back.
MARKETING
How you attract and nurture your ideal audience and eventually turn them into buyers is how you make money, so this needs to be spot on in order to scale. Most brands don’t have any kind of marketing plan in place– we’ll change that!
METHOD
The systems of how everything works– from your daily schedule, to your team, to bookkeeping, production planning, google analytics, and more. If you don’t have the proper systems in place, there is no point scaling.

Member Meetings via Zoom featuring Christine and various experts. There will be a 60-90 min call each week and within the month, there will be a minimum of one expert session, one mindset topic, and 2 hotseat sessions. Topics/hotseats include building your business and team for next level impact & income, expanding your customer base through messaging and content, building a marketing plan and sales funnel, merchandising your line to increase your AOV, overcoming fear and building confidence, PR strategies for global awareness...and more!

Every mastermind member will receive 2 (possibly 3) hotseat 1-on-1 sessions where we spend the call reviewing and advising something specific to your business. Other members can benefit greatly from seeing the behind-the-scenes of someone else’s business, especially things like P&L statements, Google Analytics, Shopify SEO, email marketing, etc.

During the 6 month program, we’ll put together a marketing plan for each brand. This allows you to walk away at the end of the program with a clear direction of what you should be doing each day in order to get sales.

Every month, we will bring on at least 1 guest expert to coach the group. These experts include highly sought-after coaches, celebrities, other successful brand owners, and we’ve even had well known famous designers make special appearances ;) These experts are exclusive to Soar, we do not share them with our Fashion Startup Intensive students. And some of them do not even offer 1 on 1 coaching, and some charge $1,000/hour so getting time with them is worth the investment. Past experts have given away free branding and SEO audits, cheatsheets, slide decks, and more in addition to their time on the call. Previous members have built priceless relationships with people who they otherwise would never have had an opportunity to meet. Christine’s network is vast and she works very hard to curate the most influential guests for the group.

Once a month, we will have Zoom calls (separate from our Weekly calls) where our Shopify tech expert will come on to answer any of your Shopify-related questions. Things such as “Is my site efficient?” “Do I need all of these apps?” “What's the best app for XYZ?” “Where do I pull inventory reports in Shopify?” “How do I create discount codes?” etc. This saves you a ton of time and money, as you don’t need to hire someone to help you.

At the start of the program, you will be paired with an Accountability Partner who you are encouraged to speak with every other week. This helps you build relationships, keep each other on track, offer advice and support, etc. Every two months, your partner will change, so you have an opportunity to spend time and learn from multiple members.

Rather than bombard your inbox with emails or have you join another Facebook group where it’s hard to chat 1-on-1, all communication will be done through our awesome Slack Channel. You’ll have DAILY access to ask Christine and other members questions, post wins, and receive support when needed. Slack also has audio and video capabilities so you can discuss things easily and get the 1-on-1 support you need.

Each member will receive two private 30 min 1-on-1 calls with Christine during the program. In addition, each month, you have an additional chance to be awarded a 30 min private 1-on-1 call with Christine through our SERVANT award. This special award is voted on by your fellow Mastermind members. Every month, the group votes on which member has been the most supportive and valuable to the group as a whole, and the winner receives a private 30 min 1:1 call with Christine. We’ve found this really helps to build a lot of engagement and activity in the group which is a win for everyone. (And yes, the same member can win multiple times).
*Keep in mind, you will be receiving a ton of 1-on-1 support throughout the 6 months. Christine spends time proactively looking “under the hood” of each brand, offering advice and guidance (without you even having to ask)

At some point during or after the SOAR Mastermind program, you will be invited to attend a separate in-person retreat! This will be a 3 day, 2 night all-inclusive getaway to a beautiful location. It’s going to be a special time to not only network and build relationships, but also go deeper into mindset and strategy so that you can really figure out what’s holding you back. The goal is to have you leave feeling energized, empowered, and equipped so you can Soar to new heights!
*Please note there is an additional cost for the retreat as it is not included in the Soar Mastermind program.

My 20 years of experience in the fashion industry spans from working my way up to VP of design and merchandising, supervising a 100-worker sample room, dressing models backstage at NYFW, designing celebrity lines for QVC, as well as starting my own fashion line, which had over 100 sales my very first month in business.

Once we receive your application, we will review and decide if you are a good fit for our Soar program. If you are, you will then be invited to book a call to ensure you are ready for this program, as well as answer any questions or concerns. If you are not selected, we invite you to re-apply for the program again in six months. Join the waitlist here.

Soar Mastermind is a six-month group coaching program. We will meet weekly 24 times over the course of six months. After the six months are complete, you can re-apply for the next round if you would like.

The topics for the 24 weekly sessions are personalized for the members and custom tailored to their current needs and issues. We send out a survey at the beginning of the program where everyone can vote for what they would like to focus on. For example, if everyone wants to discuss Wholesale, we’ll discuss it. If not, then we won’t waste time on this topic. If only 1 or 2 members want to talk about it, then it can be addressed in Slack privately or in a 1-on-1 session. This is not a cookie-cutter program and Christine spends a ton of time planning it out to make it special and unique to each cohort.

Our six-month investment options are shared with you once you are invited to join Soar.

Soar supports and understands your already important and busy schedule, but we do ask that you allow for anywhere from 3-6 hours per week for the various calls and to implement what you learn.

Live Zoom calls occur weekly and last anywhere from 60-90 mins in length. We host the calls via Zoom by Christine and various experts. Within the month, there will be at minimum one expert session, one mindset session, and 2 hotseat sessions where you will be able to listen and ask any questions you may have. Any calls that take place are recorded so you can watch them later.

At the start of the program, we’ll send out a form so we can coordinate a time during the week that works for the majority of the members across all time zones. We’ve never had an issue finding a time that works for everyone. Although we encourage you to join the calls live, they are not mandatory and are always recorded in case you miss one and would like to watch later.

Our exclusive intimate Mastermind consists of apparel, accessory, footwear, and product based businesses who are all at the same level in business. This means that all members are at the same revenue level and/or length of time in business. We work very hard to curate a space that enables you to create networking opportunities as well as strategic partnerships and lifelong relationships. Currently there are only 8 spots for the program.

To date, there is no other intimate Business Mastermind out there that is 100% specific to fashion brands. Most Masterminds are also much larger, so it’s easy to get lost and not build real relationships. The community and environment we’ve created is so collaborative and supportive that everyone is willing to help each other. There is no other Mastermind that includes this amount and level of support. Christine is very proactive and always looking “under the hood” of each member’s business so she can offer the right advice and guidance. Most coaches simply answer questions rather than taking the time to poke around and see where improvements can be made.
